Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing contract review and pricing support to the Division.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Supervises order entry personnel.
Contract’s lead for new program/proposal development and responses to the customer.
Reviews all proposals and contracts for terms and conditions and advises sales department and management.
Manages estimating and pricing for government sales.
Advises and guides Contract department in export control and licensing matters (ITARS) Provides support for or leads negotiations with customers, agents and suppliers.
Participates and/or leads in contract disputes, claim resolutions and outside audits.
Responsible for dispute resolution with customers.
Prepares teaming and confidentiality agreements in coordination with corporate legal.
Establishes contract policies and processes, consistent with Corporate Legal Policy, to ensure achievement of division’s expectations.

Minimum Requirements
- BS/BA Degree, Masters preferred in the area of business and technical disciplines.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in review, preparation, negotiation and monitoring of DOD funded proposals and contracts.
- Posses an excellent knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation.
- Posses a working knowledge of: International Traffic and Arms Regulation (ITAR).
- Service Contract Act and Truth in Negotiations Act.
- Excellent college level writing and speaking skills.
