Job Summary
Manage a group of remote sales professionals. Provide leadership within the organization and coaching, counseling and support to ensure that all the sales representatives are meeting or exceeding established targets. Support communications and presentations with large customers and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners. Work closely with other management team members throughout the organization to achieve excellence for the customers and the business.

Excellent negotiation, analytical and financial skills
Proficiency with MS Office products and creating and conducting analysis in Excel
Develop sales objectives and strategies that support company objectives
Manage up to 10 regional Account Managers, located in the Eastern part of the US; may also include managing an international account manager in Mexico or other country
Provide leadership and coaching to outside sales staff within a large geographic area to ensure achievement of specified business objectives and continued relationship development with key customer accounts.
Provide leadership and coaching to a small group of inside telesales professionals to ensure achievement of specified business objectives
Ensure successful implementation of our go to market strategy as measured by the established goals for type, quantity and quality of personal contact and growth in key accounts
Set and achieve new business and revenue goals
Establish and service large/national accounts
Determine sales territories and ensure coverage of those territories for optimum sales and profit potential
Provide authorization for larger transactions within established guidelines
Recruit, hire and train sales staff
Manage, staff, develop objectives and conduct performance reviews
Work with inside sales directors to coordinate activities among functional groups to achieve common goals
Establish developmental and training plans to ensure competency levels
Manage and monitor customer satisfaction relative to the rental process
Develop channel partner initiatives with key OEM business partners and drive joint financial programs and transactions in the market place
Coordinate and develop strategies with OEM management to optimize field-level relationships
Special Requirements
Up to 50% travel to the Eastern US
Based in Dallas/Fort Worth

Minimum Requirements
- Experience/Education Required/Desired: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of sales/management experience MBA or higher education a preference, but not a requirement Prior experience in the electronic test and measurement industry preferred Minimum 10 years of sales experience and a minimum 5 years of sales management experience
