Job Summary
Performs complex, high-level administrative and professional work involved in new process control
equipment which is utilized in the petroleum, chemical and power industries.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
Plans and coordinates start-up and other operational matters.
Resolves problems, provides advice and guidance.
Makes all on-site decisions regarding engineering inspections, planning and installation and start-up.
Responsible for the sale (“upselling”)of products and services, as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements
- Five (5) years post degree experience in the same or a related field.
- Valid in-state driver’s license. Driving record must meet acceptable company standards and be maintained as such in order to operate a vehicle while on company business.
- Ability to read and interpret computer aided design (CAD) drawings and specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation pertaining to specifications of components and materials.
- Ability to apply considerable knowledge of process instrumentation including pressure, flow and temperature transmitters, valve actuators and the testing and calibration of these components.
- Ability to program a programmable logic controller for process control and operations.
- Considerable knowledge of continuous emissions monitoring equipment for measurement of process source emissions.
- Considerable knowledge of safe handling, storage and operations of equipment that utilizes hazardous chemicals.
- Considerable knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps and fans.
- Working knowledge of business related software packages (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, etc.); exposure to MRP/ERP systems preferred.
- Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience or training/education, however attained; professional degree preferred.
