Researches, collects, and reports information on the ability and capacity of company products and competing equipment. Aids in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of customers. Responsibilities also include providing equipment functionality. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor.




Essentially, I’m looking for an individual to help drive technology through the organization, both from the back end and the front end. Experienced in extending Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Document Management, for example. Experienced with the application stack and leveraging to the benefit of the organization. This goes beyond installation, rather configuration, use of and maintenance.



We have Server Engineers who setup new physical and virtual servers, this would extend that role and include interaction with the end user, deploying technology and training.
