Healthcare Jobs
With the aging of the baby boomers have come greater burdens on an American health care system that was already under demand pressures.
On top of that, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) organized in response to our country’s growing concern over the privacy of each individual’s health and medical care history has placed a new-found demand on the collection and storage of data. The result of the aging populous, along with security issues, has forced the rapid modernization of health care systems, particularly their IT infrastructure. This includes developing new computer applications for informatics, record-keeping, records processing, and the like. It also includes bioengineering.
The healthcare sector is looking for people with technical skills to fill openings like these:
• Project Manager, Infrastructure. High growth Health Care Services firm is in the process of moving a data center and adding a SAN. Need experience managing multiple large and small scale infrastructure projects in a fast paced environment.
